College Park Layout- This is the design for College Park, planned for development near Motlow College. Included are four church-related student centers, designated as “C” on the new layout; four dormitories (D) for single students, three residences (F) for faculty members, three dormitiories (M) for married students, and a cafeteria-shops (S) building. Space has been reserved for a recreation area and for additional dormitories. The park is planned for development on a 24-acre tract by Bill Tipps, David Parks, and W.C Cooper, all of Tullahoma. Work is expected to begin this week on the first dormitory. Sam H. McLean of Shelbyville is the architect.
