College park beginning- Motlow College’s first dormitory, for single male students, is nearing completion on a tract of land near the college, which has been designated as College Park. The top picture is the front view of the dorm, which has 21 rooms and a visitors’ lobby. The basement, shown in the lower picture, contains an apartment for the dormitory supervisor, a lounge, a laundry room and storage facilities. The building is designed to house 50 students. Plans for College Park, which is being developed by Bill Tipps, David Parks and W.C. Cooper, all of Tullahoma, call for construction of additional dormitories, faculty housing, cafeteria and shops, church-related student centers and a recreation area.
