Motlow’s Nickname Is ‘Bucks’
You’ll hear added pluck in the Motlow College fight songs and cheers this year; now they’re known as the “Bucks.”
The name was chosen in a vote by the student body last week. On the ballot in the student government election, “Bucks” won over “Marauders” and “Rockets.”
The three names were chosen from suggestions made last year by the students.
Bob Raines, publicity director for the college, said school is now working on an insignia design.
