Student Government Association
The purposes of the Student Government Association at MSCC are as follows: (1) to achieve active communication between the administration, faculty, and students; (2) to develop appropriate co-curricular programs; (3) to aid in the social adjustment of students; (4) provide leadership training; (5) to reflect student's needs and interest in the promotion of campus activities.

Civitan Club
The Motlow State Collegiate Civitan Club is dedicated to the ideals of good citizenship in helping people. By being a combination of a social and a service club, the Motlow Civitans have worked for the Cerebral Palsy Telethon and have attended various conventions. The Civitans also work for NARC (National Association for Retarded Children) help for misled use, alcohol and drug abuse awareness, environmental protection, and the support of a scholarship program. The Civitan Club is a co-ed club open to all students at Motlow State.
