Description

and backed out of the driveway into the road. Boom! The engine backfired, causing the car to stall. The smell of burning wires was dominating my over-stimulated senses. I got out and walked around to the front of the car. "Oh my God! It's on fire!" Flames were coming out of the grill. I ran inside and called 911. Just then, the starter wires melted together and the car started crawling forward like the robot in the movie The Terminator.

In a moment of desperation and panic, I ran beside the car, reached in, and knocked it out of gear. This ended the car's flaming sprint towards my neighbor's house and committed her to her final resting place. I watched the thick black smoke billowing into the sky as the firemen hosed down her crusty creaminess. With a hint of laughter in his voice and a smirk on his face, the fire chief asked, "Is this your first car-b-que, Son?"

Tabula Rasa
Chris Wright

It's nothing really
Just an extension of your imagination
Whatever you want it to be
A display of faith with seven shades of gray
Subdivided and torn
Many sided and worn
Misguided yet reborn
A worldwide collide into individual multi-forms
An overflow of complexions
A domino effect of connections
Introspections inside
A recollection opened wide
A fascination in the interpretations
An adoration of admiration
A transcendental meditation
A realization
A circulation
A rotation
A confrontation
A self-medication
A penetration into the psyche
Into the soul
In and out of control
A final peace to make one whole
Be water → adapt
